We – the Bauer Family

Three generations live and work together here at the Tritscherhof. This is who we are:

Andreas, who has now taken over the business, is not easily ruffled. He is a passionate farmer and firefighter. You’ll usually find him in the apple orchards of the family farm or in the office handling paperwork. He lovingly looks after the four-legged residents of the Tritscherhof as well. As a wine enthusiast and connoisseur, he is happy to advise you at the hotel bar in the evening – unless the fire brigade needs him! 😉

Patrizia is a true ray of sunshine, instantly lifting our guests’ spirits with her warm and welcoming nature the moment they arrive. She is always on hand to respond quickly to inquiries and bookings while effortlessly managing daily family life at the same time. She is up early every morning to organize countless tasks. With great passion, she creates delicious cakes and apple strudel – a skill she inherited from her father, who was a pastry chef. She also lovingly tends to the herb garden.

Georg, also known as Jörg, has been closely connected to the Tritscherhof since childhood. A true all-rounder, he is most often found outdoors – among the rose hedges, in the vegetable garden, or in the forest with his bees. He even lends a hand with breakfast service, helping with great joy. Always attentive to everyone’s well-being and with a smile on his face, his warm, charming nature makes him an indispensable pillar of the Tritscherhof.

Martha is always ready for a friendly chat and is happy to listen to the wishes and questions of our guests. In the morning, she is a hardworking helper in preparing our delicious breakfast. In the evening, she prepares small, traditional Tyrolean dishes to delight our guests. Her warm-hearted nature makes Martha a truly invaluable part of our team.

The Next Generation…

Patrizia and Andreas’ three girls – and young Laurin – bring plenty of life, laughter, and smiles to the Tritscherhof.
The twins, Carmen and Lena, are always happy to help serve and clear breakfast whenever time allows. Johanna, much like her father, feels most at home in the orchards, where she loves helping with thinning the fruit and picking apples. Laurin is the youngest member of the Tritscherhof family and keeps everyone on their toes – though he already knows exactly how to charm our guests. His father, Andreas is over the moon to finally have a little male support at his side. 😊
